Chestnut Gardens, Baildon

Chestnut Gardens occupies the site of a former fairground and is situated between higher and lower Baildon. Planning permission was granted in July 2013 and by October 2015  the construction works were complete. The houses were of generous scale, having been thoughtfully planned to provide four or five bedroom accommodation. The high specification made these homes stand out from the crowd, ensuring all the units were sold.
