Willow Gardens was a development of six high-specification 4/5 bedroom detached homes, ideal for modern-day family living. Construction began in October 2015 and families started to move in from Spring 2017.

Chestnut Gardens occupies the site of a former fairground and is situated between higher and lower Baildon. Planning permission was granted in July 2013 and by October 2015 the construction works were complete.

The Malt Shovel was a grade II listed public house. Planning permission was obtained to split the existing buildings into 4 luxury townhouses and create 5 new build cottages in the car park. Building works commenced in late 2012 and by early 2015 all 9 units were sold.  The Malt proved to be an extremely attractive place to live.

This 5-acre former Orchid Nursery site was developed into two 6 and 4 bedroom modern family homes, designed to sit in harmony with their wooded surroundings. These homes are of cutting-edge design both internally and externally and have created amazing homes, for their purchasers, in a special location.

The Acres was a single dwelling located on the ridge of the much sought-after village of Linton. Planning permission was granted in 2011 to renovate and extended the existing house and create 3 magnificent new houses set within the existing grounds.

Rowany Gardens is situated in the heart of the highly sought-after area of Ben Rhydding. The site was purchased in 2010 and planning permission was obtained to demolish the existing house and build 5 substantial homes. Building work commenced in 2011 and all the houses were completed and sold by mid-2012.

Court Barton was a rundown farmhouse, with associated outbuildings and a large two and a half acre garden, located in the centre of the village of Clifford, near Wetherby.

This two-acre site that was a former bowling and tennis club, located a quarter of a mile from Harrogate town centre, was bought in Spring 2004 with planning permission for eight townhouses. YorPlace then resubmitted an application, again for eight units, but with various amendments that we believed elevated the scheme to another level, in order that houses would stand out from the competition.

This derelict grade II listed farmhouse was bought at auction in Spring 2007. YorPlace spent the next eight months negotiating with Harrogate planners and English Heritage to allow us to transform the property into a modern 5 bedroom luxury home, whilst retaining and restoring its original features.

This delightful period property, located alongside the banks of the River Ure in the centre of Ripon, was purchased in the winter of 2007. The house was in a tired and sorry state, so YorPlace undertook a major refurbishment programme. The internal space was gutted and a new layout created, tailored to meet the requirements of a modern family.

The site was purchased in 2002, being a former girls’ preparatory school, in the Duchy Estate of Harrogate. Planning permission was obtained in autumn 2003 to turn the two existing building into three residential units.
